HOW I WORK:

After our initial phone call or email conversation, we will make a date for me to see your space. In this time we will discuss what your ideal space would look like, how you move around the room or use the space (closet, drawers, pantry etc.). I will take photos and measurements at this time. The consultation is $80.

Before I begin the work, I will ask you to sign a contract . A 50% deposit is required at this time, unless I am already at your location. 

Once the contract is signed, and the 50% deposit received, I will begin shopping for any necessary organizing items that you may need, (bins, hangers, containers, risers etc.) Or, if you are having a styling session, throw pillows, throw blankets, décor, etc.) When I have all the items I believe that you need, we will make an appointment for me to come to your house to organize, or style. Any items deemed not necessary will be returned.

If there is nothing to be shopped for by me, I can get to work right away. 

Each session is 3 hours minimum, excluding consultation.

Initial 1 hour consultation fee at $80, due upon completion, non-refundable

R+Hstyles works within a 45 minute radius of Frederick, Maryland

If Client is outside of the 45minute radius from Frederick, a $20 fee will be added for each additional 15 minutes driven.

3 hour minimum for any organizing or styling session, payment due at end of session

Overtime is billed at $20 per 15 minutes

Client Input Periods (texts, emails and phone calls, links for purchases) are billed as a Design Fee, at $20 per 15 minute increments. This is to ensure that Client understands R+Hstyles is working with other Clients, and to keep communication concise

Shopping time, whether online or in the field, alone or with Client, is billed at $80 per hour

If R+Hstyles is shopping for Client, Client will be contacted to confirm item to be bought and price

R+Hstyles does not claim a price guarantee, if there is a delay in decision making on an item for purchase

Client is responsible for any additional product purchases, parking, tolls etc. These costs will be added to the final bill

R+Hstyles and Rebecca Hargreaves is not a general contractor, and does not provide contractor services such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical wallpapering, painting. Any action that requires more than general knowledge and skill, must be performed by Client or professional contractor.

R+Hstyles is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or replacement of items after 1 month from purchase

R+Hstyles accepts Venmo, Paypal, Zelle and cash

I will not take on any hoarding issues or environmental health issues

I have the right to refuse a session that is not suitable to me

48 hour cancellation policy or client will be charged in full for time and sessions booked
